At the normal price a regular meal costs £8 on a weekly plan (£8.50 as a one-time box) and premium meals £9 to £10. You choose 5 to 32 single-portion meals from a menu of 35 that changes monthly, each with calories and protein on the label. Meals arrive chilled on a Wednesday or Sunday and keep up to seven days in the fridge. You can pause or cancel from your account; changes must be in by 8pm five days before delivery.
