Delivery is free on every order, which makes Prep Kitchen the cheapest of the big meal-prep services at full price. It is a weekly subscription: payment is taken on Tuesday at midday, you can change meals until Thursday midnight and pause for up to four weeks. Meals arrive chilled on Sunday or Monday and keep two to five days, or go in the freezer. Delivery covers almost all of mainland UK except the Highlands.
